 TRIUNE PROJECTS Pty Ltd is a family operated construction business run by Simon Karam, who is a third-generation builder. Learning from his father at an early age, knowing the old school methods to the modern techniques with knowledge about the latest building products. Simon has been a licensed builder since 2005 but has formally worked in the building industry since 1995.

Prior to establishing Triune Projects, Simon successfully managed and operated "Prestige Construction Group (NSW) Pty Ltd" for over a decade with many projects completed and handed over to very happy clients.

Our main goal is to achieve our clients' needs and ensure quality and satisfaction guaranteed. Triune Projects' 25+ years industry experience covers a wide range of the construction industry including residential, commercial and industrial.

One of the great strengths of the company is that the principal directly manages the day-to-day operations of the business and that we have a small, but skilled, team of key personnel. Overall, we offer construction of townhouses, duplexes, new homes, granny flats and major extensions, renovations, & even some remedial works.
